The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation.
Florida residents pay sales tax 7%.
Standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous USA, the 48 connected states.
We can not ship to a PO Box, so please provide a street address for delivery. Please provide your phone number with purchase. The freight company requires your phone number and we can not ship without it.
No Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Some products are ready to ship once your order is placed with the manufacturers while there are other products which take longer, like 3/4 weeks because the manufacturer takes time to customize the order, as it is the case with Galaxy, so please ask us about the shipping and delivery times if in doubt. We will always try to maximize delivery time by directly shipping the item from the manufacturer's facilities.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.
WE ARE NOT A SHIPPING COMPANY! - WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE FREIGHT COMPANY DURING DELIVERY. PLEASE INSPECT ALL ITEMS FOR DAMAGE BEFORE ACCEPTING. IF YOU TAKE TOO MUCH TIME TO OPEN A BOX DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY, YOU MAY BE AT RISK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO FULLY GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE IT, SO WHEN YOUR ITEM COMES, OPEN THE BOX WITH THE SHIPPING OR FREIGHT COMPANY THERE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. OTHERWISE YOU ARE TACITLY ACCEPTING AN ORDER AS OK.
Terms of Sale:
• Claims: All claims for merchandise received that are not in accordance with the original purchase order must be made within five (5) working days of the receipt of the merchandise. All merchandise is quality inspected and packaged in perfect condition.
The common carrier assumes full responsibility for the safe delivery of all merchandise after it is removed from the shipping point. All claims for shortages, loss or damage must be documented and filed promptly with the freight carrier.
Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier immediately upon discovery, with a request for inspection.
If a request is made more than 10 days after the receipt of the merchandise, reasonable evidence must be submitted indicating
that damage could not have occurred after delivery.
