We can not ship to a PO Box, so please provide a street address for delivery. Please provide your phone number with purchase. The freight company requires your phone number and we can not ship without it.
No Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Product is in stock and available to be shipped once payment is received and cleared. This product ships directly from the manufacturer, so delivery time is faster.
When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment.

Terms of Sale:
Claims: All claims for merchandise received that are not in accordance with the original purchase order must be made within five (5) working days of the receipt of the merchandise. All merchandise is quality inspected and packaged in perfect condition.The common carrier assumes full responsibility for the safe delivery of all merchandise after it is removed from the F.O.B.
Product can be returned within 5 Days in New and Unused Condition only. Customer must pay return shipping plus 25% restocking fee. The cost of the item minus the restocking fee is refunded once returned and product is determined to be in new and unused condition.
All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by DENTAMED USA within 5 days of date received by the customer.

• All authorized returns must be received by Manufacturer in original packaging, accessories, documentation and in original condition

• Special order items and custom made products are not returnable for credit
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee will apply.
